We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top IT talent, along with a deep understanding of the technology landscape.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions in Southeast Asia.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the role.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics to attract top talent.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-9 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within Southeast Asia.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, including software development, systems analysis, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to assess technical skills and conduct behavioral interviews effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
