MMML RECRUITMENT SERVICES, INC. is hiring for the Recruitment Specialist position:
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Post job ads on job portals and social media platforms
- Source and engage candidates through databases, job portals, events, and partner institutions
- Conduct pre-screening and initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and overall recruitment activities
- Manage candidate communication, including follow-ups and job offers
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment documentation
- Perform administrative tasks (emails, reports, document validation)
- Track hiring metrics, monitor recruitment trends, and prepare accurate reports
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, including POEA and U.S. hiring standards
- Facilitate applicant orientations and onboarding processes
- Support recruitment team operations and meet KPIs/targets
- Supervise, coach, and support recruiters; manage daily team activities
- Monitor team performance, conduct coaching sessions, and deliver reports to leadership
- Implement recruitment plans and optimize sourcing strategies (e.g., for Filipino USRNs)
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
- Monitor competitor activity and handle ad hoc or assigned tasks
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology and any related course
- At least years of Experience in Recruitment
- Great communication skills
