MMML RECRUITMENT SERVICES, INC. is hiring for the Recruitment Specialist position:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Post job ads on job portals and social media platforms
  • Source and engage candidates through databases, job portals, events, and partner institutions
  • Conduct pre-screening and initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and overall recruitment activities
  • Manage candidate communication, including follow-ups and job offers
  • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment documentation
  • Perform administrative tasks (emails, reports, document validation)
  • Track hiring metrics, monitor recruitment trends, and prepare accurate reports
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, including POEA and U.S. hiring standards
  • Facilitate applicant orientations and onboarding processes
  • Support recruitment team operations and meet KPIs/targets
  • Supervise, coach, and support recruiters; manage daily team activities
  • Monitor team performance, conduct coaching sessions, and deliver reports to leadership
  • Implement recruitment plans and optimize sourcing strategies (e.g., for Filipino USRNs)
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Monitor competitor activity and handle ad hoc or assigned tasks
  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology and any related course
  • At least years of Experience in Recruitment
  • Great communication skills
