TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

Hybrid Setup | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified candidates to support the company’s workforce requirements. The role ensures that hiring needs are met efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience and building a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for applicants throughout the recruitment process and works closely with Operations Coordinator, hiring managers, and HR to ensure timely and quality hires.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Sourcing
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels
  • Create and manage job advertisements
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct active sourcing for hard-to-fill positions
Candidate Screening and Assessment
  • Review and screen resumes based on job qualifications
  • Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Endorse qualified candidates to Operations Coordinators and Hiring Managers
Interview Coordination
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads
  • Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communication
  • Provide interview updates and feedback to applicants
  • Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment process
Recruitment Administration
  • Maintain applicant databases, trackers, and recruitment records
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates
  • Ensure recruitment documentation is complete and updated
  • Coordinate job offers and employment requirements
Pre-Employment and Onboarding Support
  • Monitor completion of pre-employment requirements
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules with HR, IT, and Operations teams
  • Assist in new hire orientation preparation
  • Support a smooth transition from candidate to employee
Employer Branding and Recruitment Initiatives
  • Promote the company’s employer brand
  • Assist in recruitment campaigns and hiring events
  • Build relationships with schools, job boards, and referral networks
  • Recommend improvements to recruitment processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in recruitment, sourcing, customer service, or administrative support is an advantage.
  • BPO recruitment experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently or with a team.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and social media sourcing is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
