About the Role

We are looking for an elite B2B Outbound Sales Hunter to join our dedicated sales division. In this role, you won't just be dialing through a list; you will be pioneering market expansion. You will act as the tip of the spear, aggressively identifying, connecting with, and winning over key business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities & Performance Indicators (KPIs) To be successful in this role, you must consistently hit and exceed three core metrics:

  • Sales Targets: Convert initial outreach into qualified leads, scheduled demos, or closed deals to consistently meet monthly revenue and pipeline goals.
  • Call Volume & Output (Activity Target): Maintain a high daily and monthly outreach count, efficiently navigating our dialer and CRM systems without sacrificing communication quality. To meet performance benchmarks, you are expected to execute a minimum of 90 high-energy contacts per day and secure a minimum of 5 sales.
  • Data Management & Quality: Accurately track, log, and update lead information, call dispositions, and pipeline stages across our platforms according to strict company compliance standards.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
  • Experience: A minimum of 18 months of solid B2B outbound sales experience, featuring a heavy focus on prospecting and a proven track record of success in direct sales environments.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience working directly with HubSpot CRM for pipeline management and Microsoft Excel for tracking data, managing lead lists, and reporting metrics.
  • A True Hunter Mentality: Resilient, fiercely motivated by targets, and views a "no" as just a stepping stone to a "yes."
  • Flawless Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills with the confidence to command conversations and build instant rapport with business owners and executives over the phone.
  • The Graveyard Grind: Fully committed to and energized by a stable Monday-to-Friday graveyard schedule (no weekend work!).
