Sales Supervisor

Kadasig Distribution Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead and support the sales team in achieving company sales objectives. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, monitoring team performance, developing sales strategies, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales programs within the assigned territory.

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the sales team to ensure productivity and target achievement.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volume, market penetration, and customer retention.
• Conduct field visits to evaluate sales activities, provide on-the-job training, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Review and analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure proper execution of company promotions, merchandising standards, and sales initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Human Resources Departments to support business objectives.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, accomplishment reports, and performance evaluations.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical business practices.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related course
• With at least 1–2 years experience in sales; supervisory experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledgeable in sales operations and management skills
• Able to monitor sales performance and implement sales strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications(Excel, Word)
• Goal-oriented and able to meet or exceed sales targets
• Willing to do field work and work under pressure
