Position: Architectural Project Coordinator

Clark, Pampanga | Onsite | Full-Time

About the Role: We are hiring an Architectural Project Coordinator to support a construction management client with project coordination, contract administration, and documentation management. This role will work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure drawings, contracts, and project documentation are properly tracked, updated, and executed.

The ideal candidate has exposure to commercial architecture or construction workflows and is comfortable working with plans, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, format, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
  • Track contract lifecycle (creation, review, execution, renewals).
  • Review and organize architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Assist in managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Maintain accurate document control, version tracking, and file organization.
  • Follow up with clients, architects, and subcontractors for approvals and updates.
  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and timelines.
  • Support communication between project stakeholders (PMs, architects, vendors).
  • Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and project updates.
  • Flag inconsistencies between contracts, drawings, and scope where applicable.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in construction, architecture, or project coordination.
  • Basic understanding of architectural drawings and construction documents.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts across projects Strong follow-up and accountability mindset.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
  • Background in architecture, architectural drafting, or construction support.
  • Experience with RFIs, submittals, and document control processes.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or reading construction drawings.
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Procore, etc.)
  • Experience supporting project managers or site teams.
