Live Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

The Live Operations Specialist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of live streaming activities, ensuring smooth coordination between the Operations Team, Video Team, Marketing, HR, and other departments. This role focuses on live host scheduling, operational support, technical setup, campaign execution, performance monitoring, and maintaining high-quality live room operations to achieve monthly KPIs and operational goals.

• Coordinate closely with the Video Team regarding live host schedules, video requirements, content shoots, and operational concerns.
• Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of shoots and live sessions for all live hosts.
• Monitor and manage live host attendance, leaves, tardiness, absences, and work-related concerns.
• Communicate operational updates, host concerns, and video-related issues promptly to the appropriate departments for immediate resolution.
• Attend daily, weekly, and scheduled operational meetings to maintain alignment and effective communication.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Product Development, and Design teams to support live operations and campaigns.

• Ensure smooth execution of live room operations, promotions, raffles, flash sales, giveaways, and campaign events.
• Maintain seamless viewer experience during live streams by monitoring live room performance and operational flow.
• Update and manage live room designs, promotional materials, and campaign layouts.
• Operate and troubleshoot OBS configurations and technical setups to support stable live streaming operations.
• Assist with live room management during operations, including temporary substitution for live hosts when necessary.

• Provide guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to new and existing live hosts.
• Conduct test and practice live sessions for new live hosts when required.
• Train and support moderators regarding operational procedures, campaigns, and promotions.
• Assist Team Leaders (TLs) by providing operational strategies, performance insights, and data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Maintain and update all operational documents on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Record, organize, and monitor all operational data and necessary documentation.
• Prepare monthly reports including sales tracking, attendance records, commission backtracking, and performance analysis.
• Submit attendance and operational reports to HR within the required timelines.
• Monitor operational KPIs and contribute strategies to achieve monthly targets.

• Bachelor’s degree or college-level education preferred.
• Experience in live streaming operations, e-commerce live selling, or related fields is an advantage.
• Knowledge of OBS setup, troubleshooting, and live streaming tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple live operations simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules depending on operational needs.
• Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City.
