Our Corporate Credit team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas with the role of Bucket Manager.
In this role you will manage and motivate teams to achieve collection and resolution targets while ensuring individual and group performance contributes to overall business goals. You will also handle customer concerns, prepare regular performance reports, support cross-team projects, and act as a support leader when required.

What the role will entail- Manage the reduction and resolution Consumer Lending Groups' Non-Performing Loans (NPL)
- Provide consistent guidance to Consumer Lending to ensure monitoring of specific loan accounts / account portfolios that are deemed as potential problems
- Allocate auto loan accounts based on team capacity, area coverage, and available resources, and monitor productivity and delinquency status.
- Ensure timely and compliant collection and repossession activities, including document review, reporting, and expense validation.
- Coach and mentor team members, recommend recovery strategies, and handle escalations while balancing recovery and customer service.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, controlled recovery costs, and effective resource and capacity planning.
- Bachelor's degree holder from a 4 course, preferably any business course (Accountancy, Management, Banking and Finance). Master's Degree is an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in supervisory/managerial role, preferably credit and collections
- Strong expertise in credit and collections across loan products, with solid knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and bank products.
- Communicates effectively, supports inclusive partnerships, leverages data for sound strategies, and delivers consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
