Qualifications:

• Education: graduate of Bachelor's degree
• Experience in supporting call-center operations
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Working Condition: Required to report on-site in BGC, Taguig
• Must be flexible to work shifts as required (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
