Internal audit supervisor

The Internal Audit Supervisor reviews audit work, guides audit staff, recommends improvements, and reports findings to management to help

• Supervise and assist in conducting financial, operational, compliance, and system audits.
• Assign audit tasks and monitor the work of internal audit staff.
• Review audit reports, working papers, and findings for accuracy and completeness.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Identify risks, control weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records, reports, and operational data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and standards.
• Recommend corrective actions to address audit findings.
• Monitor and follow up the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Assist in investigating fraud, irregularities, shortages, and violations.
• Prepare audit reports and submit findings to the Audit Manager / Chief Audit Executive / Management.
• Provide guidance and training to audit staff when needed.
• Coordinate with different departments during audit activities.
• Help develop audit plans, schedules, and programs.
• Promote ethical practices, accountability, and proper use of company resources.
• Maintain confidentiality of audit documents and information
