POSITION SUMMARY:
Act as the content arm of a digital agency, whose objective is to offer expertise in online content development, search engine optimization, and conversions. Help the business in using data to improve the digital presence of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Content Management
- Creation, editing, and publishing of content to ensure that it aligns with the Vertiv brand guidelines and the company’s business objectives.
- Working closely with business stakeholders to ensure that content on these sites is accurate, relevant, up-to-date, and adheres to the established digital marketing & brand guidelines as well as the company’s business objectives
- Website Management / Development - Be knowledgeable in key authoring platforms that power Vertiv.com
- User Experience - Work with the UX team to optimize the website’s user experience.
- SEO/Analytics - Work with the SEO and VOC teams to implement SEO strategies to reach targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science Business, Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communications, or related course
- Job-Related Experience:
- Familiarity with multiple aspects of digital marketing, including content management and search
- Ability to communicate, collaborate, and work effectively in a multi-cultural organization and across different management levels
- Knowledge in HTML is required
- Knowledge in CSS, and JS is a plus
- SEO knowledge is a plus
- UX knowledge is a plus
- Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
- Has the self-development skills that can aid in keeping up to date with fast-changing trends
- Specific Knowledge:
- Familiarity with multiple aspects of digital marketing, including content management and web development (but not necessarily IT)
- Basic content management system and its complementary tools knowledge
- General understanding of company and general industry-accepted documentation standards
- Understanding of various content management systems and its processes (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.)
