About the role

Sienna Sales & Marketing Inc., a leading provider of warehousing and distribution services, is seeking a skilled Warehouse Admin to join our growing team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Warehouse Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art warehouse facility, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, logistics, and administrative tasks.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking incoming and outgoing goods, monitoring stock levels, and reporting on discrepancies
  • Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure seamless logistics and delivery
  • Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment
  • Prepare and analyze warehouse reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics administration role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehousing industry
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
