SUPPLY CHAIN SUPERVISOR

• Supervises supply chain activities including inventory control, purchasing, distribution, and other functions to optimize the supply chain; recommends and implements improvements in processes and systems.
• Assists in implementing supply chain strategies aimed at reducing costs, improving quality, minimizing lead times, and managing inventory levels efficiently.
• Works closely with existing suppliers to ensure they meet performance standards and delivery requirements, escalates performance issues, and suggests improvements.
• Supports sourcing initiatives by identifying and coordinating with potential supply partners.
• Assists in the negotiation and administration of supply agreements with vendors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Works closely with logistics providers and customs brokers for importation.
• Ensures proper storage, labelling, and handling of inventory in warehouse facilities.
• Analyzes trends in inventory consumption and recommends adjustments to procurement or stocking strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in a dealership industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP tools.
• Familiarity with importation procedures, customs clearance, and freight forwarding is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
