Senior Technical Project Manager (Contract, SaaS + Supply Chain)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead onboarding and delivery of AI-powered SaaS solutions that reinvent supply chain management. You’ll oversee client onboarding from discovery to go-live, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth, scalable implementations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects, managing timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies
• Own customer communication during delivery and act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Engineering to align goals and surface implementation feedback
• Drive customer enablement: lead sessions, deliver documentation, and track KPIs that reflect adoption and success
• Continuously improve onboarding playbooks, SOPs, and reporting processes
• Report delivery KPIs using tools like Excel, SQL, or dashboards
• Collaborate in agile sprints, retros, and product feedback loops
• Identify and mitigate risks/blockers; escalate when needed
• Contribute to process optimization and cross-functional tooling improvements

About You:

• Legally eligible to work in PH as an Independent Contractor
• 5+ years in Project or Implementation Management (preferably in SaaS or enterprise onboarding)
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or transportation workflows
• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification required
• Familiar with AI, ML, or data-driven product environments
• Proficient in Excel and SQL (Python a plus, not required)
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work GMT and handle global collaboration
• Comfortable using tools like Jira, Notion, Slack, or GDocs

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working in startups or hypergrowth SaaS
• Prior exposure to AI/ML delivery environments
• Familiarity with API integration, data model handoffs, or technical onboarding workflows
