Your Impact- Ensure Technical Excellence: Lead the preparation and review of complex financial statements, BAS, IAS, and tax returns. You will hold the line on quality, ensuring that every deliverable meets the rigorous standards of Australian public practice.
- Champion Team Growth: Act as a dedicated mentor to junior and intermediate accountants. Your guidance will be pivotal in their professional development as you oversee their work and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Strengthen Client Partnerships: Move beyond the numbers by liaising directly with clients to provide compliance support. You will play a key role in supporting managers with high-value advisory tasks and strategic client communications.
- The Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Australian tax rules and the ability to solve complex compliance problems with minimal supervision.
- The Toolkit: A proven track record of supervising team members, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and high-level proficiency with Australian accounting software and workflow management tools.
