CSR TEAM LEADER (LENDING ACCOUNT)
Location: McKinley, TaguigSchedule: Monday–Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:- Supervise and support a team of Customer Service Representatives
- Monitor daily team performance and productivity
- Conduct coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
- Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
- Prepare performance and operational reports
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Assist in training and onboarding new hires
- Drive team achievement of service and productivity targets
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 1–2 years experience as a Team Leader in a BPO, Customer Service, Lending, Financial Services, or related industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of lending or financial services is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
