About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our thriving team at H.M.O. INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT INC.'. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional non-voice customer service to our clients, based in our Eastwood Quezon City Metro Manila office.This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development.
What you'll be doing- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests through various non-voice channels (e.g. email, chat, social media)
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or call centre environment is preferred
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
