- Assist clients with inquiries, account concerns, and service requests
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Ensure high-quality customer experience in every interaction
- Maintain proper documentation of customer concerns and resolutions
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and performance standards
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate
- With at least 6 months BPO experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
- Willing to work onsite in Clark
Work Setup & Schedule:
- Onsite (Clark Site)
- Fixed Night Shift
- Fixed weekends and US holidays off
