HR OFFICER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Employee Relations:

• Address and resolve employee relations concerns.
• Issue formal notices and disciplinary actions to employees as needed.
• Monitor and manage employee performance and daily attendance.

1. Recruitment:

• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and compliance with pre-employment requirements.
• Conduct company orientation sessions for new hires.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new employees into the company.

1. Performance Management:

• Track employee performance, providing feedback and support when necessary.

1. Benefits

• Monitor and record the daily attendance of all employees
• Prepare DTR for Payroll
• Prepare Government Benefits for remittance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably Female
• Preferably a resident near Mabolo, Cebu City
• With at least 1 - 2 years of experience in the Human Resource field
• Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, payroll, and compensation & benefits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proficient in Computer & Microsoft Office (Excel,Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in the Automotive Industry is an advantage
• Flexible
• Good Communication Skills
