RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics
- Experience in designing and facilitating training programs, particularly in soft skills and behavioral competencies
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience in employee engagement and development initiatives is an advantage
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of BS in Psychology, Human Resources, or any IT-related programs
- At least 1 year of experience in organizational development, talent management and performance management.
