HR Officer/Supervisor (Hotels and Resorts)
HR Officer/ HR Supervisor for for BE Resorts Mactan in Punta Engaño, Lapu-Lapu City.
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our hotel and resort team. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing all HR functions, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations. This individual will work closely with the management team to ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and in accordance with industry standards.
Job Requirements:
- Must have experience as Hotel/ Resort HR
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in all HR facets, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations in a hotel and resort industry
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations issues and provide support to employees and managers as needed
- Manage and maintain employee records, including personnel files and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation programs
- Manage HR-related projects as assigned by the management team
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
