Planning and Design Architect (Officer Level)
We are looking for a Planning and Design Architect to support the development and coordination of design outputs for our subdivision projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring that master plans and detailed designs are well-coordinated, compliant, and aligned with project requirements.You will work closely with internal teams and external consultants to deliver accurate, buildable, and efficient design solutions.
What You’ll Do
Design Coordination & Implementation- Act as a primary coordinator among design consultants (Architectural, Structural, MEPF, Civil, and Landscape)
- Assist in facilitating design meetings and resolving coordination issues across disciplines
- Ensure that design submissions are aligned with project standards, timelines, and requirements
- Review and consolidate consultant drawings for completeness, consistency, and constructability
- Assist in the preparation and refinement of master plans for residential developments
- Contribute to land use planning, zoning layouts, and space planning strategies
- Support the integration of roads, utilities, open spaces, and amenities into the overall site plan
- Help evaluate planning options considering project phasing, efficiency, and long-term development goals
Detailed Design Development
Residential Design- Prepare and coordinate detailed architectural drawings for housing units
- Ensure alignment and coordination of architectural plans with structural and MEPF systems
- Review drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and readiness for construction
- Assist in the design and coordination of site development works, including:
- Roads and circulation systems
- Sidewalks and pedestrian pathways
- Water, sewer, and drainage systems
- Electrical and utility layouts
- Landscaping and open spaces
- Guardhouses and ancillary structures
- Ensure proper integration of all site elements in accordance with applicable codes and standards
- Licensed Architect (preferred)
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in planning, architectural design, or project coordination
- Exposure to subdivision or large-scale development projects is an advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software
- Working knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and land development standards
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple design inputs
- Be part of the design and development of growing residential communities
