We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment for retail and associate-level corporate positions across the organization.
This role will primarily handle hiring for Sales Assistants, Opticians, and other store-based roles, as well as selected corporate associate-level positions.

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail and associate-level corporate positions, ensuring efficient hiring and a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications- Must be willing to work onsite at our Head Office located along Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Magallanes, Makati City.
- Preferably residing in Makati City or nearby cities.
- Available to start ASAP.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Background in retail, lifestyle, optical, or high-volume hiring is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Proficient in HRIS, ATS tools, Excel, and other HR systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized and capable of handling fast-paced hiring requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to job offer coordination.
- Handle hiring for retail and associate-level corporate positions.
- Build talent pipelines for high-volume and urgent hiring needs.
- Conduct interviews and endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate follow-ups.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor standards.
- Coordinate onboarding requirements with HR counterparts.
