Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the role
We are seeking a talented Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at in Taguig City Metro Manila PH. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting top candidates to support the growth and development of our dynamic organization.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates across the region.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure suitability for open roles.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment needs.
- Provide a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and databases.
- Coordinate and manage onboarding activities for new hires.
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including volume hiring; experience in property, construction, or professional services is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Regional recruitment experience (APAC, AU, US) is a plus
