B2B Sales Executive – Australian Mortgage & Broker Relationships

This role will work closely with the Mortgage Manager and focus on building and maintaining

relationships with mortgage brokers, introducers, and business partners across Australia. The

ideal candidate has experience in the Australian home loans industry and understands broker

relationships, lender processes, and mortgage operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian mortgage brokers and business
partners
  • Reach out to brokers to introduce company products, solutions, and support services
  • Work closely with the Mortgage Manager to grow broker networks and business
opportunities
  • Follow up on broker enquiries, scenarios, and application opportunities
  • Assist brokers with understanding lending products and submission requirements
  • Maintain regular communication with brokers to strengthen engagement and retention
  • Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to support broker needs
  • Track sales activities, broker performance, and pipeline updates
  • Assist with onboarding new brokers and relationship management activities
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Australian mortgages or home loans industry• Experience working with mortgage brokers, aggregators, lenders, or mortgage managers
preferred
  • Strong B2B sales, relationship management, or business development experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in outbound calling, follow ups, and relationship building
  • Strong understanding of Australian mortgage processes and terminology
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple broker relationships
  • CRM and Australian lender platform experience is highly regarded
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working under a Mortgage Manager or non-bank lender
  • Existing exposure to broker support, broker sales, or account management
  • Knowledge of Prime, Specialist, Expat, SMSF, or Alt Doc lending products
