Account specific roles and responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers to book appointments based on their preferred schedule
  • Make outbound calls to confirm scheduled appointments and address any customer concerns
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services
  • Manage customer inquiries and promptly resolve any issues or concerns

Job Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience (Voice Account)
  • Previous experience in appointment setting is a PLUS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software
  • Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
  • Amenable working night shift
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service Representative or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software
  • Previous experience in appointment setting or telemarketing is preferred
