• Providing introductory information such as company's project (Lakeshore) to prospective and new buyers
• Sending welcome letter to new clients and coordinating with Sales Department for the initial documents/booking documents
• Handling customer complaints and troubleshooting issues with the services
• Following up with the clients by phone, web chat or email to check that they are still satisfied with the services received and updates record of clients
• Accessing databases to retrieve, input and update customer records or account information through NOAH application
• Assist in sending out demand letters for clients with overdue payments
• Assist in buyer's SOA (Lakeshore)
• Filing of documents and securing completeness of buyer's folders/recordsAssist in Lakeshore inventory updates
• Preparation of CTS/DOAS and other pertinent documents of clients
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
• Experience in being a Customer Service Representative for at least 6 months
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
