Customer Service Representative

About the role

With a focus on building strong relationships, you will work to resolve queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

1. Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and efficient manner
2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, providing step-by-step guidance and explanations
3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and providing feedback to the team
5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
6. Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills

1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the technology or software industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathise with customers
3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet
4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
5. A positive, friendly, and patient demeanour, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
6. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry
7. Willing to work US Hours
8. Internet speed of at least 50mbps
