Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced and performance-driven professionals for the role of Customer Experience & Sales Specialist. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in sales, customer engagement, and account management who are capable of delivering exceptional customer service while achieving business and revenue objectives.
Successful candidates will be assigned to a Sales Account handling both Voice and Non-Voice support in a fast-paced and highly professional environment.

- Contribute to overall business growth through excellent customer experience and consultative selling
- Minimum of 1 year proven sales experience in any of the following industries:
- BPO Sales Accounts
- Real Estate Sales
- Condominium Property Sales
- Automotive Sales
- Insurance Sales
- Retail or High-Value Sales
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficient in handling customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Willing to work onsite in MOA
- Amenable to onsite application and processing
- Flexible to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required
