Role Description
The Digital Growth & Customer Experience Assistant Manager is responsible for leading digital engagement, community-building, influencer execution, and customer experience initiatives across all Lay Bare Group brands.
This role ensures that digital platforms, communities (including Viber), and influencer ecosystems are optimized to drive engagement, retention, and conversion. It also plays a key role in translating customer feedback into actionable insights to improve the overall customer journey.
Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Growth Strategy & Optimization -- Develop and oversee digital growth strategies across all platforms
- Monitor performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure alignment of digital efforts with campaign and business goals
- Lead development and growth of Viber and CRM communities
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives, promotions, and communication flows
- Drive customer retention through community-based strategies
- Oversee influencer partnerships, UGC sourcing, and creator collaborations
- Ensure alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives
- Track and evaluate performance of influencer initiatives
- Monitor customer feedback, sentiment, and engagement trends
- Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Operations to enhance service experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 4–6 years experience in digital marketing or social media
- 1-2 years of experience in leadership position
- Strong understanding of analytics, CRM, and engagement strategies
