Assistant Legal Compliance Officer
We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced professional to join our Finance & Accounting Department as an Assistant Legal Compliance Officer.

Reports to: Legal Compliance Associate Manager
Job Summary:
The Assistant Legal Compliance Officer supports the company in ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves monitoring regulatory requirements, managing permits and licenses, supervising compliance processes, and coordinating with government agencies while identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise compliance-related documentation, filing, and reporting
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (SEC, BIR, DOLE, DTI, LGU, etc.)
- Monitor and process permits, licenses, and renewals
- Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with government agencies and external partners
- Prepare and draft legal documents (e.g., board resolutions, SPA, certificates)
- Support compliance audits, reporting, and internal processes
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- With at least 2 years of relevant experience in compliance or regulatory work
- Knowledgeable in permits processing and BIR registration/retirement
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and government compliance portals
- Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information
