About the role
We are seeking an experienced Encoder/Forwarder to join our dynamic team at ABest Express Inc.'. This is a full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila. As an Encoder/Forwarder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and forwarding of documents and data within our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Accurately enter and process data into our computerized systems
- Liaise with various departments to gather and organise necessary information
- Prepare and forward documents, forms, and other materials to relevant parties
- Maintain meticulous records and files to support our administrative operations
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the team
- Proven experience in a data entry or administrative support role
- Strong typing and computer skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
