Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Merchandising Manager with strong experience in beauty and wellness retail to lead product strategy, assortment planning, and in-store execution. This role requires a deep understanding of consumer trends in skincare, cosmetics, personal care, and wellness, combined with strong analytical and leadership capabilities.

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies focused on beauty and wellness categories
• Curate and manage product assortment across skincare, cosmetics, personal care, and wellness items
• Analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to drive category growth
• Plan and implement pricing, promotions, and product launches
• Ensure optimal inventory levels, stock availability, and turnover efficiency
• Partner with marketing and store operations to deliver compelling in-store and promotional experiences
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising aligned with brand guidelines
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers and brand partners
• Lead and develop the merchandising team to achieve business objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in retail merchandising, with a strong focus on beauty and wellness products
• Proven experience handling categories such as skincare, cosmetics, personal care, and/or health & wellness
• Background in large-scale, multi-branch retail environments is highly preferred
• Strong commercial acumen and track record of driving sales and category growth
• Advanced analytical skills and experience with retail performance tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment
