Job Summary:
The Operations Manager - Sales is responsible for managing and overseeing the overall sales operations to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence. The position focuses on handling key accounts, particularly concession stores and retail outlets, ensuring effective sales execution, strong business relationships, product availability, and achievement of sales targets.The role also utilizes analytical reports and business insights to support strategic decision-making, improve operational performance, and drive continuous improvement across sales channels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee overall sales operations to achieve revenue targets, profitability objectives, and operational excellence across assigned sales channels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to improve sales performance, increase market penetration, and support business growth initiatives.
- Handle and manage key accounts, particularly concessionaire stores and retail outlets, by maintaining strong business relationships and ensuring account performance.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance of assigned stores, and accounts through regular reviews of sales targets, productivity, inventory movement, and operational compliance.
- Prepare, analyze, and present sales and operational reports, including sales performance reports, inventory analysis, profitability reports, forecasting reports, and other business metrics to support management decision-making.
- Utilize analytical data and business insights to identify sales opportunities, operational gaps, and improvement initiatives that will enhance overall business performance.
- Coordinate with concessionaire partners, and internal stakeholders regarding promotions, product availability, store activities, and other operational requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop sales and operations teams by providing direction, performance monitoring, coaching, and support to achieve assigned objectives.
- Ensure effective manpower planning and resource allocation to maintain efficient store operations and maximize sales productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, and other teams, to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and operational requirements.
- Conduct regular business reviews and store visits to assess operational effectiveness, customer experience, compliance with standards, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
- With at least 5 to 8 years progressive relevant work experience in sales operations, retail management, key account management, or business operations
- Proven experience handling concessionaire stores, retail outlets, or multi-location sales operations, preferably within the furniture, retail, consumer goods, or related industries
- Strong and knowledgeable of sales operations, retail management, merchandising, inventory management, and customer relationship management
- Proficient in preparing and interpreting analytical reports, sales dashboards, performance reports, forecasting reports, and business metrics
- Knowledgeable in MS Office tools or other reporting tools
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Results-oriented with strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities
- Willing to travel to assigned stores, outlets, and business locations as required
Office Location:
Amenable to go to office at 116A Sauyo Rd., Brgy. Sauyo, Novaliches, Quezon City
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
