Role Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the company's retail network, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards, sales growth, and exceptional customer experience. The role oversees Area Supervisors and field teams, driving operational efficiency, talent development, and business performance while working closely with Sales, Merchandising, and other cross-functional departments.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail outlets across the assigned territory, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop Area Supervisors and field teams to achieve operational and sales objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, productivity, and key operational KPIs, implementing action plans to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess operational compliance, merchandising standards, customer service, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of promotions, product launches, and in-store initiatives.
• Monitor staffing requirements, support recruitment efforts, and develop succession plans to ensure business continuity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory controls, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze operational and sales reports, identify improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Build a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and customer-centric service across all retail locations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or multi-site leadership role.
• Experience in premium retail, wines and spirits, FMCG, luxury retail, or consumer goods is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing multiple stores and leading field-based teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willing to travel regularly across Metro Manila and nearby areas.
• Willing to work a six-day workweek, as required by business operations.
