Responsibilities
Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries via inbound calls and email
Provide excellent customer service through active listening
Work with confidential customer information in a secure manner
Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
Appropriately and adequately communicate with customers
Successful candidates will be responsible for handling service support calls, as well as promoting and cross-selling value-added services to various customers.
Qualifications
If you:
are at least 18 years old
are amenable to work on site
have strong written and verbal communication skills
are flexible with shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime
have a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
have basic web navigation skills
have good communication skills
are willing to start immediately
have valid NBI (6 months to 1-year validity from the date of joining)
