EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • HS degree or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years BPO experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Experience with 2-3 years in healthcare account/s.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and excellent customer service skills.
  • In-depth product knowledge and ability to work standard business hours.
  • Must be friendly, helpful, and caring, with a willingness to assist patients and colleagues.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately in the English language.
