COMPENSATION
  • In 2027 our company expects to trade on the U.S. stock market. If that occurs and you do a good job, we expect you to receive over $100,000 from owning units of our corporation. We believe all staff should benefit if our company succeeds big.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The work will be diverse and interesting because we're a fast-growing tech company. It will include talking on the phone with customers, writing English effectively, web research, and learning new things. When there is trust and dependability and evolving skills, staff can become integral to an organization.

That's what we're hoping for here.

We are also hiring both full-time and part time staff in other positions: 1) writing for our blog, 2) recruitment assistant, and 3) webpage designer. If you are skilled in those fields and customer service, you can do both for variety.

This job is 100% remote. You can work from your laptop anywhere.

Work Experience required
  • ≥ 3 years experience as a customer service agent who answered phone calls from customers.
Skills required
  • Fluent English in oral conversation and writing.
Logistics required
  • Work at least 35-40 hours per week. If you wish to earn extra, you can work more (up to 55 hours per week).
  • To enable collaboration, most of your work hours will occur during your choice from 9am-9pm New York time.
Other requirements
  • We require someone who can work with us for at least 3 years. This is for a long-term, employee role.
  • Bachelors or masters degree with a grade point average of at least B+. In a later phase of interviews, we’ll ask for your official list of university courses and grades, which you can obtain from your university.
  • Consistently reliable internet connection.
  • Loves being productive and learning new skills.

The process for joining our company is typically:

  • We ask a few questions now.
  • If we like your answers and CV, we’ll invite you to a written interview to test your writing skills and learn more about you.
  • If that goes well, we’ll invite you to a final interview in Zoom.
Note: We are hiring both managers and non-managers.

Pay: Php400,000.00 - Php550,000.00 per year
