• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a prompt, professional and courteous manner, resolving issues efficiently
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers on our products, services and policies
• Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions
• Assist with administrative tasks to support the overall customer service function
• Continuously look for ways to enhance the customer experience and improve internal processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries effectively
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and various office software
• Proven track record of providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
• Relevant experience of 2-3 years in a customer service or administrative support role is preferred
