  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • With at least 1 year work experience in Hospitality or Customer Care industry
  • Knowledgeable with MS Office applications
  • Has a good verbal and written communication skills
  • Candidates must have high attention to detail and high regard for quality
  • Amenable to a mix of work on site and work from home schedule Monday to Sunday including holidays depending on schedule
  • Willing to work flexible hours based on current shifting 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM depending on schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complaints Handling
  • Handles/Replies to messages received through the different KFC Customer Care media/channels (Emails, Social Media, phone call, GES, and SMS)
Encoding
  • Encodes each message received via the KFC Customer Care different media/channels
  • Files KFC Customer Care-related data/reports
Report Generation
  • Consolidates and analyze data received by KFC Customer Care (eg. Critical concerns monitoring weekly issuance, etc.)
