What You’ll Do

You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners—answering questions via phone, email, or chat with a helpful and friendly vibe.
Log and monitor all concerns in our CRM system so nothing falls through the cracks.
Visit project sites when needed to assist with house turnovers and meet clients face-to-face.

Work with the team to spot ways we can level up our customer service.

Work Setup

Must be able to report daily to our Quezon City office

Work Location: In person

Qualifications/Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Graduate of any 4 year program
At least 1 year in customer service. Real estate background? Big plus.
You don’t need to be an IT expert, but you should be confident using computers and learning new tools.
You explain things well and stay calm—even when things get a bit hectic.

Okay with a fast-paced setup and occasional site visits
