- Supervise the daily operations of the customer care team and drive performance.
- Review and improve current workflows to make them clearer and more efficient.
- Manage the CRM and ticketing systems to ensure zero backlogs.
- Resolve complex homeowner concerns regarding documentation and move-ins.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate client updates.
Qualifications/Requirements
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years in a Supervisory role (Real Estate industry experience required).
- Familiar with residential house-and-lot developments and buyer documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to "humanize" corporate communication.
- Proficient in CRM management and office productivity tools.
- Ability to report to our Quezon City office every day.
