Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the daily operations of the customer care team and drive performance.
  • Review and improve current workflows to make them clearer and more efficient.
  • Manage the CRM and ticketing systems to ensure zero backlogs.
  • Resolve complex homeowner concerns regarding documentation and move-ins.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate client updates.

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years in a Supervisory role (Real Estate industry experience required).
  • Familiar with residential house-and-lot developments and buyer documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to "humanize" corporate communication.
  • Proficient in CRM management and office productivity tools.
  • Ability to report to our Quezon City office every day.
