ESL TEACHER / PROGRAM COORDINATOR (MULTITASK SPECIALIST)

Location: Cebu City / Kasambagan

Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile, proactive, and high-energy individual to join our team in a multi-faceted role. This position is perfect for an educator who enjoys variety—switching between classroom instruction, community involvement, and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruction: Deliver engaging ESL lessons to international students (primarily Japanese clients)
• Program Coordination: Act as a facilitator and guide during our local volunteer and cultural immersion programs when teaching classes are not in session.
• Administrative Support: Assist with daily office operations, document preparation, and basic management tasks as needed.
• Client Engagement: Provide a warm and professional experience for our students and visiting volunteers.

Qualifications:

• Education: Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Education (Secondary or Elementary).
• Experience: Previous ESL teaching experience or tour handling is a plus.
• Skills: Strong English communication skills (written and oral), basic proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel), and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
• Personality: Must be patient, organized, and willing to be trained
• Duration: From Middle of May to middle of September
