HR Officer - Business Partner | HMO on Day 1 + Free Dependent

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and support the HR Business Partner team to ensure strong collaboration and seamless partnership with operations, departments, and key stakeholders. Maintain regular touchpoints and alignment sessions with program leaders to drive consistency and operational excellence.
  • Serve as the primary HR Partner for assigned programs or accounts, handling employee life cycle concerns including onboarding, offboarding, lateral transfers, organizational movements, and employee relations matters.
  • Build strong relationships with program leaders and stakeholders through regular business reviews, policy alignment discussions, compliance consultations, and organizational diagnostics. Conduct skip-level sessions to evaluate HRBP effectiveness and support quality.
  • Partner with the HRBP Manager in designing, developing, and implementing strategic HR initiatives, programs, and projects focused on improving employee engagement, productivity, retention, and policy compliance.
  • Analyze HR trends, workforce metrics, and employee insights to recommend data-driven initiatives that support operational goals and enhance employee experience.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to develop and implement HR solutions, programs, and policies aligned with organizational needs.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases through objective, thorough, and timely investigations while ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance on labor laws, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and Company Code of Conduct implementation. Ensure end-to-end compliance of internal disciplinary processes and documentation standards.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of labor regulations and employment law requirements to minimize organizational risk and ensure regulatory compliance. Coordinate with Legal as necessary and represent the company during SENA conferences when authorized.
  • Support policy and contract reviews to ensure compliance with current labor standards and HR best practices, including government reportorial requirements and documentation.
  • Prepare, audit, analyze, and present critical HR reports such as Attrition, Code of Conduct (COC), and Performance reports. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support business and organizational objectives.
  • Champion employee engagement and people partnership initiatives including New Employee Orientation, Focus Group Discussions, crash courses, learning sessions, and culture-building activities that strengthen employee experience.
  • Assist in the conceptualization and implementation of strategic HR programs and initiatives that promote organizational growth, employee engagement, and competitive advantage.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional employee offboarding experience, including data gathering, documentation, and reporting requirements.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the HRBP Manager, HR Manager, or HR Officers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong background in Labor Relations and Employee Relations.
  • Experience across multiple HR functions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to data accuracy, reporting, and workforce analytics.
  • Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including night shift assignments.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR as an HR Coordinator, HR Business Partner, Employee Relations Specialist, or HR Generalist; OR
  • At least 1–2 years of leadership experience as an HR Supervisor or HR Officer.
