Job Description
Work Experience Required : With 1-3 years Supervisory experience from a manufacturing environment
- Process Optimization: Plans and implements continuous improvements activities to all production lines using methods like
- Support on New Projects: Provide support in planning and testing new lines equipment, review process flow diagrams (PFDs),
- Troubleshooting: Analyze production downtime and solve technical problems in collaboration with operators and maintenance
- Safety, Food Safety & Compliance: Support in establishing safety and food safety procedures and ensure compliance
- Data Analysis: Interpret production data to reduce costs, improve material usage, and predict failures
- Production Supervision support: Able to support production by acting as the Production Supervision as needed
B. QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering)Work Experience Required : With 1-3 years Supervisory experience from a manufacturing environment
Licenses / Certifications : Preferably a Licensed engineer
