About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Onboarding Specialist to join our team at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will be responsible for onboarding new hires and providing a seamless transition into the organisation.
What you'll be doing- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling meetings, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring a warm welcome
- Facilitate the completion of all pre-employment paperwork, such as contracts, tax forms, and confidentiality agreements
- Organise and deliver engaging onboarding sessions to introduce new employees to the company's culture, values, and policies
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Maintain accurate records and update HR information systems
- Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and implement enhancements
- Provide support and guidance to new hires throughout their initial weeks and months with the company
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR onboarding or employee experience role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with new hires
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in using HR information systems and MS Office suite
- A passionate and proactive approach to enhancing the employee onboarding experience
