Qualifications:

1. Analyze the demands of the employee, taking into account the workplace environment in order to spot any potential issues with occupational health.
2. Ensuring that workers obtain appropriate and sufficient health orientation training.
3. Ensuring that workers receive appropriate and sufficient health information and alerts.
4. Maintain accurate records of the health information and vital signs of your employees. Coordinate with the HR Department to ensure that the health registration reports are accurate and comprehensive. Maintain employee’s confidence and protects by keeping the medical and health information confidential.
5. Ensuring the availability of medical supplies by monitoring stock levels, anticipating orders and supplies needed, and confirming receipt of medical supplies in order to meet deadlines.
6. Maintain with help from healthcare support staff, a first aid station that is both clean and safe by adhering to basic health regulations.
7. Keeping and maintaining of department health records to ensure that employee care services are documented.
8. Other matters as instructed by the Health and Safety Head
