About the role
Crystal Cold Storage is seeking an experienced Company Nurse (OSH Nurse) to join our team in Navotas City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for providing comprehensive occupational health and safety services to our employees, ensuring their wellbeing and productivity.
What you'll be doing- Review pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations to assess the fitness of employees
- Providing first aid and emergency care to employees on-site
- Monitoring and maintaining medical records, including injury and illness reports
- Developing and implementing health and safety programs to promote workplace health and safety
- Collaborating with management to identify and mitigate occupational health and safety risks
- Ensuring compliance with relevant occupational health and safety regulations
- Delivering health education and training to employees
- Coordinating with external healthcare providers for referrals and specialised treatment
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Philippine Nursing License
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in medical record keeping and data analysis
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address workplace health and safety issues
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
