At present, Educar Shared Services, Inc. is looking for a Company Nurse to join our team.
Company Nurse is responsible for providing medical support and health services to employees across multiple company sites or departments. This role conducts first aid treatment, medical triage, health monitoring, and maintains medical supplies and clinic records.The Company Nurse helps facilitate government-mandated health programs such as annual physical exams, drug testing, and occupational health requirements. The role also supports employee wellness activities, assists in health-related documentation and reporting, and coordinates with HR and third-party healthcare providers to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
The nurse may also support incident reporting, workplace hazard identification, and promote preventive health and safety awareness among staff.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in the Philippines (required).
- Fresh graduate can apply.
- BOSH certification for Occupational Health Nurse is an advantage.
- 1–2 years experience in a company or clinical setting is an advantage.
- Strong documentation, communication, and administrative skills.
- Ability to respond to medical emergencies and handle confidential information.
- Willing to be assigned in Merville, Parañaque City.
