IV. JOB SUMMARY

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting support to divisional HR departments across the organization for technical recruitment. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to source, assess, and secure talent.

The Technical Recruiter is critical to ensuring Woodgrain provides a high-quality recruitment experience from requisition to onboarding.

 V.  WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Provide full-cycle recruitment for HR teams and hiring managers, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination
  • Proactively source candidates and work to build a talent pipeline for positions
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and make recommendations to the hiring teams
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring manager and interview teams
  • Provide candidate recommendations and insights to support decision-making
  • Manage and maintain candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System
  • Facilitate the offer process, as requested
  • Support pre-employment processes and partner with HR to ensure a smooth transition through onboarding
  • Performe employee onboarding tasks, such as background and drug screenings, as requested by HR
  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fil, candidate activity, and hiring outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and standard recruiting practices
VI. REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent training and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 2 year of previous work experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, preference will be given to candidates with manufacturing or high-volume recruiting experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective time management, self-motivation, and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred
